Sayama International Friendship Association (SIFA) is a volunteer group who wants to help foreigners living in/around Sayama and make a good relationship between Japanese and foreigners.

Cross-cultural Division helps foreigners who suffers with cultural problems, which is mostly caused by Japanese speaking. We have Japanese Lesson for them every week. You can learn Japanese and also consult about cultural problems with our volunteers.

Our division makes a good friendship through home stay program with our friendship cities, Worthington City in Ohio, United States and Tongyeong City in Korea.

Recreation Division is always planning enjoyable events which excite us. Sometimes we make a tour to discover Japanese traditional culture. On the other case, we set up a foreign food store to introduce international gourmet for Japanese people. Please freely join us our events!
